Position Overview This role supports the Customer Service team in EMEA at our Copenhagen HQ, helping ensure smooth order management, invoicing, and communication with distributors, internal stakeholders, and logistics partners across the region. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, comfort working with numbers, and the communication skills to partner effectively with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing — all while staying proactive and organized in a fast-paced, growing environment. This is a part-time student position of 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods. Top 5 Priorities for this role

1. Engage and service distributors through multi-channel communication
2. Enter, monitor, and track distributor and internal orders accurately
3. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries with high satisfaction
4. Liaise with the warehouse and freight forwarders on shipments and inventory
5. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively around a study schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and service distributors through multi-channel communication (e-mail, phone, and Teams)
• Enter, monitor, and track distributor and internal orders in Business Central
• Issue final invoices based on distributor and internal orders
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely manner, aiming for first contact resolution and high customer satisfaction
• Liaise regularly with the warehouse on order status, inventory levels, and shipments
• Coordinate regularly with freight forwarders on outbound customer shipments
• Respond to customers’ general order status and inquiry requests
• Support the Customer Service Manager with reports and correspondence as requested
• Other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., International Business, Supply Chain, Communication, or related field)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable working with numbers and detail-oriented in order entry and invoicing tasks
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with an ERP system is a plus but not required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Team player who communicates well across departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing)
• Available to work 15-20 hours/week, with flexibility around exam periods
