Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow. Your role Do you want to lead an experienced project organization at the intersection of automation, Industry 4.0 and customer value? As Customer Projects Manager, you will combine people leadership, operational excellence and close collaboration with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to strengthen how we deliver projects across the Nordic region. You will join the Nordic Management Team and report to the General Manager of Customer Center Nordics. The role offers broad exposure across the organization and a strong opportunity to influence our future way of working. Your mission is to lead the Customer Project Organization and enable sustainable, profitable growth. You will support Sales during the pre-sales phase and ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently and with a strong focus on quality, delivery, cost and customer satisfaction. You will lead three direct-report Team Managers, each responsible for a separate hub, and provide direction for an organization of more than 25 Team Managers, Project Managers and Mechanical Designers. Through clear priorities, coaching and collaboration, you will strengthen key-account relationships, customer loyalty and our position as an innovation partner. Key Responsibilities
While this role does not have direct P&L ownership, it is responsible for monitoring Business Line performance, providing financial insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations, identifying deviations from targets, and driving corrective actions to achieve sustainable business improvements To succeed, you will need You are a committed and curious leader who creates clarity, builds trust and turns strategy into action. Job location The role can be based at our office in Sickla/Nacka, close to central Stockholm, or at our Office in Gothenburg. We support a hybrid way of working, based on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, with regular on-site presence and travel across the Nordic organization.
