What you'll do

Location: Kraków, Warsaw, or Copenhagen (in-person on all locations) Reports to: Head of Customer Experience PayGap is a fast-growing technology company helping large international organisations prepare for pay transparency requirements, analyse pay gaps and build fairer pay practices. We are looking for an organised and curious person to join our Customer Operations team. You will help us coordinate day-to-day work with clients, keep our knowledge and communication materials up to date, and make sure meetings, follow-ups and events run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who wants to grow in an international technology company and become an expert in customer operations, HR technology, compensation and pay transparency. What you will do

  • Work alongside our team of some of Europe’s best people on pay transparency and compensation management, helping them maximize their output and deliver best-in-class experiences.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities after client meetings, including preparing and sending materials, answering questions and tracking next steps.
  • Build out operational workflows that help us streamline all of our activities and make use work more efficient.
  • Monitor the shared customer inbox and make sure client questions are answered or directed to the right person.
  • Maintain and update our customer knowledge base as the product and regulations evolve.
  • Monitor regulatory developments related to pay transparency across Europe and other markets.
  • Support the preparation of client newsletters, regulatory updates and educational content.
  • Coordinate the practical side of client calls, training sessions and webinars, including invitations, participant lists, meeting materials and post-call follow-ups.
  • Support colleagues in Client Operations with day-to-day customer-related tasks.
  • Help organise events, workshops and other customer initiatives.
  • Provide general support with office coordination and administrative tasks.

Who we are looking for You may be a recent graduate or have up to two years of relevant professional experience. You think two steps ahead and like to see things in systems and workflows. Previous experience in Total Rewards or compensation is not required but a plus. We will help you learn the subject. You will be a good fit if you:

  • are highly organised and pay attention to detail,
  • ready to work in an intensive environment, with lots of projects going on at the same time,
  • communicate clearly and enjoy working with people,
  • have excellent written and spoken English,
  • speak another European language, which would be a strong advantage,
  • have experience working with process workflows, and understand how to use new technologies to build systems and operations,
  • are comfortable researching new topics and turning information into clear summaries,
  • can manage several tasks and follow-ups at the same time,
  • are confident using digital tools and willing to learn new systems,
  • take ownership of your work and do not need to be reminded about every next step,
  • are interested in HR, technology, regulation or workplace fairness.

What we offer

  • A chance to build your career in a rapidly growing and increasingly important field.
  • Exposure to international clients and global pay transparency projects.
  • Practical experience across customer operations, research, content and event coordination.
  • Support in developing specialist knowledge about pay transparency and equal pay.
  • A lot of room to grow: You could grow into a specialist with own client projects, or a broader process owner helping scale an efficient and lean organization.
  • Work from our office in the centre of Copenhagen, Krakow or Warsaw

If you are curious, organised and looking for a role where you can learn quickly and have a visible impact, we would love to hear from you.
