Scale the business. Have you built SaaS products and turned AI into real customer value? We are seeking ambitious, hands-on CTOs for opportunities with startups and scaleups. Our clients need technology leaders who can turn ambition into execution. Leaders who make clear architectural decisions, attract strong engineers and ship products that customers want to use and pay for. AI will be central to your mandate - from LLMs and intelligent agents to automated workflows and faster software development. Depending on the company’s stage, you will build from early validation or scale an established platform for international growth. Your responsibilities - Own the technology strategy, architecture and delivery roadmap. - Build AI capabilities into the core product and customer experience. - Turn AI prototypes into reliable production systems, with clear standards for quality, latency and cost. - Develop scalable SaaS platforms with strong security and data foundations. - Recruit, develop and lead engineering teams with a culture of ownership and speed. - Work closely with founders, product teams and customers to prioritise what creates value. Your background - Experience as a CTO, technical founder, VP Engineering or engineering leader. - A track record of building and shipping SaaS products. - Practical experience deploying AI capabilities, including LLMs, agents or data-driven automation. - Strong foundations in software engineering, cloud architecture and APIs. - The ability to balance rapid delivery with reliability, security and sustainable costs. - Commercial judgement and a willingness to stay close to the code.
