CSA Supervisor

Location: Sweden, various locations Project Type: Data Centre Construction Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day site operations, including the coordination and supervision of CSA personnel and subcontractors.
• Oversee site safety in conjunction with safety personnel, including site set-up, ongoing management and close-out.
• Manage site quality assurance (QA) in collaboration with the project team.
• Coordinate the project schedule with planners, project managers, subcontractors, consulting engineers and architects to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor subcontractor progress against the programme and agreed manpower levels, including conducting subcontractor meetings.
• Support project cost tracking in collaboration with the project quantity surveyors (QSs).
• Conduct weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are captured and processed.
• Ensure change management procedures are followed correctly, covering both cost and programme implications.
• Review construction drawings and setting-out details.
• Manage site documentation and attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings.
• Coordinate the distribution, management and close-out of all CSA snags.
• Support project close-out activities, including final accounts, punch lists, safety and QA files, material and plant relocations, and the project plan.

Requirements

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience within the CSA industry.
• Experience in architectural and office fit-out works.
• Experience delivering large-scale MEP projects.
• Proven ability to manage teams, including CSA personnel.
• Experience in project scheduling, programming and sequencing.
• Strong team management and coordination skills.
