What you'll do

CSA Supervisor Location: Sweden Contract Type: Contract Position Working Pattern: 3 Week Rotation

  • Week 1: Early morning flight to arrive on site no later than noon on Monday. (Monday 12pm - 4pm & Tuesday - Saturday 7am - 4pm)
  • Week 2: Monday to Saturday (7am - 4pm)
  • Week 3: Monday to Wednesday (Monday - Tuesday 7am - 4pm & Wednesday 7am - 11:30am). Travel home Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) site activities and coordinate workforce operations.
  • Monitor progress against project schedules and support timely delivery of milestones.
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Carry out inspections and quality checks, identifying and managing defects through to close-out.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure required documentation is submitted and tracked appropriately.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and monitor labour levels, productivity, and progress on site.
  • Ensure completed works are adequately protected and any damage is reported and addressed promptly.
  • Attend and lead coordination meetings, progress reviews, and short-term planning sessions.
  • Liaise with other disciplines to ensure activities are effectively sequenced and resourced.
  • Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping across the project.
  • Verify that all works are undertaken in accordance with approved RAMS, method statements, and permit systems.
  • Participate in daily planning meetings and communicate upcoming activities and site constraints to contractors.

Requirements

  • Trade qualification or relevant construction-related qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience supervising works on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work within fast-paced project environments and achieve programme targets.
  • Experience within data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or other complex construction projects would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
