CSA Project Lead

We are pleased to announce that we are seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join our team in Sweden. Responsibilities: · Manage overall project costs, schedules and budgets · Manage Sub Contractors and other directly contracted vendors and consultants · Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip · Review construction proposals and related pricing & scopes · Run and lead client & other required meetings · Monitor & identify factors that influence construction costs to create reports on this data · Knowledge and experience with all methods of construction procurement and long lead equipment. · Review, validate and audit cost estimates prepared by sub-contractors and others within a client's organization · Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction · Track and ensure equipment is met as per the project schedule · Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews on the project · Review and approve final invoices, payment applications, retention payments · Oversee and manage the transfer of the construction to the client including all close out documentation and warranties Skills / Qualifications: · 5 years of experience in a similar role, within Engineering, Project Delivery or related discipline · Bachelors degree in Construction Mgmt/Engineering is preferred but not essential 14/08/2023, 09:30 • CSA Project Manager - Winthrop Technologies Sweden AB - Platsbanken https://arbetsformedlingen.se/platsbanken/annonser/27928237 2/3 · Data Center experience is advantageous · Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills · Proficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is required
