CSA Project Lead

WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PROJECTS As CSA Project Lead, you will take ownership of the civil, structural and architectural scope on large projects, from groundworks and foundations through to frame, envelope and finishes. You will work closely with project management, MEP and design teams. The culture reflects Nordic working values: collaborative, trusting and focused on safety and quality. Leads are given real responsibility and the support to develop. You will gain broad, hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, building the experience needed to step into Project Manager roles. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead day-to-day delivery of CSA packages, from enabling works and substructure through to envelope and fit-out
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring works meet programme, quality and safety requirements
• Coordinate design and technical queries with engineers and consultants
• Plan and sequence CSA works around MEP and other interfacing packages
• Track progress, cost and quality against plan, reporting to the Project Manager
• Support contract administration, including under Norwegian standard forms (NS 8405 / NS 8407)
• Promote a strong safety culture on site

WHAT YOU NEED

• Experience in a CSA Package Manager, Project Lead or Project Engineer role on large construction projects
• Strong understanding of civil, structural and architectural works and their interfaces
• Experience on data centre, industrial or other complex projects is beneficial but not essential
• Good planning, coordination and subcontractor management skills
• Familiarity with Norwegian contract forms is beneficial but not essential
• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Fluent English; Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is beneficial but not essential
