About the organisation DC People is a company specializing in recruitment and staffing for the data centre industry, we are part of the CTS Group focusing on placing professionals in roles related to hyperscale and mission-critical facilities construction and management. The role As a CSA Construction Manager, you will lead the civil, structural, and architectural work on hyperscale data centre projects. You will oversee site delivery and manage the CSA master schedule using Oracle Primavera P6, ensuring construction safety, maintaining high quality standards, and preparing the building for MEP fit-out and commissioning. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the master construction schedule, tracking the critical path, coordinating handover to MEP teams, integrating subcontractor schedules, maintaining lookahead schedules, conducting time impact analyses, and overseeing structural quality, architectural finishes, and site safety. What you will bring

  • At least five years of experience managing civil, structural, and architectural construction packages.
  • Minimum two years of experience on hyperscale or colocation data centre projects or comparable mission-critical facilities.
  • Advanced practical experience with Oracle Primavera P6 Professional or EPPM.
  • Knowledge of data centre construction requirements including fibre routing pathways, heavy equipment pad tolerances, clean-build protocols, and acoustic and thermal envelope sealing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with design engineers, site teams, client representatives, and MEP teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Preferred proficiency with BIM 360, Procore, Navisworks, or Bluebeam for drawing coordination.
