What you'll do

Do you excel at turning complex plans into flawless operations? DMC Nordic delivers high-quality cruise services and shore excursion programs throughout the Nordic region for some of the world's leading cruise lines. We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Coordinator - Cruise to join our Cruise Operations team in Copenhagen. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring every operational detail is executed to the highest standard. What you'll do As a Cruise Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and delivering cruise operations across in Denmark. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing cruise calls, shore excursions, and operational projects from planning through execution
  • Preparing creative and competitive client proposals
  • Coordinating hotels, transportation providers, attractions, restaurants, and guides
  • Maintaining close relationships with cruise line clients and suppliers
  • Supporting turnaround and shore excursion operations
  • Managing budgets, pricing, invoicing, and supplier approvals
  • Troubleshooting operational challenges and finding solutions under pressure
  • Training and supporting team members when required
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and operational workflows

Who you are You likely have:

  • Experience in tourism, cruise operations, destination management, events, logistics, or a similar field
  • Strong project coordination skills
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills in English and Danish. Other languages are a plus.
  • The confidence to work independently and make decisions when required
  • The ability to work in excel and use the basic functions
  • Understands that successful operations rely on strong supplier partnerships and maintains clear, timely, and professional communication to ensure flawless delivery.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic operational environment and are flexible during the peak cruise season from May through September.
