  • Experience leading experimentation programs in e-commerce or digital product environments.

- Proven experience managing the full experimentation lifecycle, from hypothesis and build to insights and business decisions. - Strong understanding of experimentation statistics and how to design and evaluate A/B tests. - Experience working with experimentation both strategically and hands-on. - Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative insights to identify experimentation opportunities. - Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills with the ability to build engagement around experimentation. - Experience coaching teams and establishing experimentation best practices. - Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, GrowthBook, Dynamic Yield, VWO, or similar. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS, with the ability to build and support client-side experiments. - Strong analytical skills and experience working with digital analytics and behavioral insights tools such as GA4, FullStory, Contentsquare or similar. - Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, including 3+ years in CRO and experimentation. - University degree in Business, Digital Product Development, Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Additional training or certifications in experimentation, CRO, analytics, statistics or product management are considered a plus. - Professional proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
