CRM Application Specialist

This is an opportunity to work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT, ensuring that our CRM platform supports business growth, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.ilities About the role As a CRM Application Specialist, you will be responsible for the support, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our CRM solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and system users to ensure our CRM capabilities continue to evolve and deliver value across the organization. You will be involved in both operational support and strategic development initiatives, helping improve processes, integrations, reporting, and user adoption. What you will do You will:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM solutions and related business applications.
• Provide advanced application support and troubleshoot complex incidents and issues.
• Support integrations between CRM, ERP, Data & Analytics platforms, and other business-critical applications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in projects, testing activities, upgrades, and new CRM initiatives.
• Support process improvements related to customer journeys, sales processes, customer service, and marketing activities.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and support procedures.
• Work closely with vendors and implementation partners.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of CRM capabilities across the Group.
• Help ensure data quality and alignment with Master Data and Data Governance principles.

Who you are You combine business understanding with technical curiosity and enjoy working at the intersection of people, processes, and technology. You are structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and countries. You likely have:

• A degree within IT, Business Systems, Information Systems, Sales Operations, Marketing Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with CRM platforms in a support, specialist, consulting, or application management role.
• Understanding of sales, marketing, customer service, and customer data processes.
• Experience with application configuration, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good communication skills in English.

Meritorious qualifications Experience within one or more of the following areas is considered an advantage:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Salesforce
• CRM implementation or rollout projects
• Marketing automation platforms
• Customer Data Management
• Integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions
• Power BI and analytics solutions
• Data Governance and Data Quality Management
• Manufacturing, B2B, or distribution environments
• ITIL-based service management
