Critical Facilities Manager – AI Data Centre Sauda, Norway | On-site We are supporting a fast-growing AI infrastructure and data centre business operating a highly efficient, renewable-powered, liquid-cooled GPU facility in Sauda. This is a key operational leadership role responsible for the reliability, safety and performance of the site’s mission-critical infrastructure. You will own: • Critical electrical, mechanical and cooling systems • Power generation and distribution • High-density GPU and liquid-cooling infrastructure • Preventive maintenance, incident response and change control • BMS / CMMS monitoring and operational performance • Contractors, vendors, safety and compliance • Optimisation of uptime, PUE and energy efficiency We’re looking for experience from: • Data centres / critical facilities • Power generation or industrial infrastructure • Electrical / mechanical engineering • HPC, GPU or liquid-cooled environments • Mission-critical operations Experience with hydropower, high-density compute or liquid cooling would be particularly valuable.
