About The Role You will support the credit journey through loan-application processing, overdraft prevention, pre-collection tasks, and collection-partner handovers. You will monitor automated credit systems, identify anomalies, work with internal stakeholders, and improve and automate credit processes. Requirements

• 1-3 years of consumer credit case handling, back-office loan processing, or financial customer support experience in Denmark
• Credit risk evaluation
• Affordability assessment
• Debt-to-income calculation
• Left-to-Live calculation
• Credit bureau data interpretation
• Knowledge of Danish or Nordic consumer lending regulations
• Responsible lending guidelines
• AML
• KYC
• Danish fluency
• English fluency

Responsibilities

• Process and assess loan applications
• Identify and act on potential overdrafts
• Handle manual pre-collection tasks and customer communications
• Manage collection-case handovers accurately and on time
• Coordinate with the external collection partner
• Monitor automated credit systems and flag anomalies
• Provide credit expertise to internal stakeholders
• Improve and automate credit processes
