Creative Strategist

About ClipCam ClipCam is a Swedish direct-to-consumer brand selling a small POV camera that attaches magnetically to your chest. Our customers are motorcyclists, skiing parents, horse riders, cyclists, travellers and people who simply want more of life's best days on film. The role We're looking for a creative strategist who can come up with video ad ideas that sell – and ideally help bring them to life. You'll work directly with the Swedish founders. What you'll do

• Come up with new angles, hooks and concepts for video and static ads
• Write scripts and storyboards that editors (or you) can turn into ads
• Dig into reviews, comments and competitor ads for ideas – using AI daily for research, scripting and visuals
• Read ad results with us and decide what to test next

What we're looking for

• You've made paid social ads (Meta/TikTok) for e-commerce brands – show us
• You write strong, simple copy: hooks that stop the scroll, lines that flow
• You think about ads all the time and follow what's working right now
• You're fluent with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image/video generators)
• Bonus: you can edit video yourself, or have done AI/claymation-style ads
