What you'll do

Location: Berlin or Helsinki (mandatory). Start: immediately. About the Role We're looking for an experienced production project manager to work alongside our project lead and share the load. You'll own specific workstreams end to end, and help run our freelancer network and a newly onboarded creative agency across the quarter. Everything has to ship on time, to spec and in our new brand look. Scale: about 2,000+ ad and store assets over 16 weeks, across 10+ channels (Google App Campaigns, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, Appier, and App Store / Google Play store pages), in up to 5 languages, with hard seasonal deadlines. Responsibilities: Own assigned workstreams end to end, for example a group of channels, the localisation track or the store-page track. That means briefing, scheduling, production follow-up, reviews and delivery. The project lead keeps the overall plan and priorities. Manage freelancers across Q4: day-to-day contact, assigning work, tracking capacity, managing feedback, checking quality, and making sure deliveries arrive on time. Support the agency across Q4: help onboard it (workflows, specs, brand standards), then manage day-to-day coordination, feedback rounds and delivery tracking. Run the production calendar for your streams: work backwards from go-live dates, track dependencies, and raise risks and capacity gaps early with the project lead. Run reviews and approvals: feedback rounds and sign-offs with Creative, Brand, Product and Performance Marketing. Manage localisation of assigned work into EN, DE, FR, ES and PT, including in-market QA. Handle specs and asset operations: platform specs, file naming, versioning and asset library upkeep, so every asset can be traced to its channel, concept and language. Coordinate production dependencies for your streams: shoots, app screen captures from Product Design, and music and talent clearances. Report status on your streams: what's shipping, what's at risk, and which decisions are needed. Requisitos Requirements: Extensive experience managing large-scale, corporate-level creative production for online advertising, end to end, from brief to delivered files. High-volume performance creative: a proven track record of running many assets across multiple ad platforms at once, in the hundreds or thousands. Hands-on freelancer and agency management: getting quality work delivered on time from external partners, week after week. Working knowledge of ad formats and specs for Google Ads (App, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen), Meta and TikTok. Strong scheduling and follow-through: you spot a slipping deadline weeks ahead, not days. A collaborative working style: comfortable sharing ownership with a lead, taking direction on priorities, and running your own streams without supervision. Excellent written and spoken English. Travel: willing to travel regularly between Helsinki and Berlin. Availability: able to start immediately. Nice to have: Multi-market localisation: experience in European markets (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese). Store and programmatic formats: App Store custom product pages, Google Play custom store listings, or programmatic channels like AppLovin and Appier. Shoots and rights: coordinating photo/video shoots, music licensing and talent usage rights. Brand rollouts: a brand refresh or new visual identity rolled out across paid media. Tools: project management (Jira, Asana, Monday or similar), review tools (Frame.io or Figma), and digital asset management systems. Consumer apps: experience with subscription apps or other mobile-first consumer products.
