Creative Designer

Save Our Souls is looking for a Creative Designer to join the creative team. The role is about leveling up our ideas by turning them into visually striking and well-crafted communication - across integrated campaigns, brand activations, drops and similar work. This is a communication craft-focused role, not brand identity development. Our core services include brand strategy & planning, campaign & concept development, design & identity and production. What you'll do You'll develop design concepts and visual expressions from initial idea through to production-ready output, working closely with art directors, copywriters and strategists to shape how campaigns look and feel across channels and formats - physical and digital alike. A big part of the job is taking our ideas further: elevating them until the work is distinctive enough to actually get noticed, not just a competent execution of the brief. That means every design element working together as a whole, with a point of view behind the choices rather than default solutions. You're comfortable owning production end to end, with the attention to detail and creative excellence that requires, and you know how to collaborate with Final Art to get things over the line. You're fluent in Figma and the Adobe suite, and you know how to apply the latest tools where it's genuinely useful rather than as a shortcut. You also keep an eye on what's moving in lifestyle, fashion, culture and beauty, and bring that into the work. Required competences & work experience

• At least 4 years of experience in a creative and design production capacity, preferably agency side
• Strong craft skills
• Fluent in Figma and Adobe suite
• Strong attention to detail and thorough design practices
• Motion design
• Good communication skills, fluent in both Swedish and English
• Able to analyse, understand and deliver on a brief
