Country Supply Chain Director

• Orchestrating and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain

operations within the country

• Ensuring that the supply chain functioning seamlessly, efficient and cost-effective – from planning to logistics and warehousing to customer delivery, contributing to the organization's growth ,profitability, and customer satisfaction in the local market and considering safety within all activities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a localized supply chain strategy aligned with the organization's global supply chain objectives and strcture
• supports the growth and competitiveness of the company in local market
• Management and further development of the whole supply chain from raw material to the finished product – from planning to logistics and
• warehousing to customer delivery
• Analysis and evaluation of supplier and inventory data for planning,

logistics, warehousing and order processing

• Driving digitalization & sustainability projects
• Control, identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency
• Manage budget and forecast supply chain expenses
• Oversee and ensure safety and well-being of the employees within SCM

Profile/Qualifications

• Leadership experience in supply chain

management, project management and process improvement

• Understanding of local market dynamics ,regulations and industry trends
• Proficient in SAP
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across

functions and with global teams

• Business-oriented degree such

as Economics, Industrial Engineering or any other degree course relating to the supply chain and logistics fields or more than 5 years relevant experience

• MBA - an advantage
• Ability to work with self-motivation under tight timelines
• Living in the northern region of the country near the plant
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Fluent in English
