When the regulator, the bank or the authorities pick up the phone, they ask for one name. It needs to be yours. A scaling, heavily regulated international business is live and trading in Norway, and they need one person to lead the subsidiary and own it end to end. Your job is to keep the entity lawful, compliant and properly represented, and to be the person regulators, banks and courts deal with directly. You'll own the statutory filings, licences, corporate records and registrations. The boring but important stuff. You'll run local AML, data protection and regulatory compliance, coordinate inspections and legal matters, and oversee the asset control process end to end, the receipt, verification, custody and transfer. The fun stuff. Be clear eyed about it. You carry genuine statutory responsibility as the legal representative of the company, so you need the judgment and the backbone to hold it. A strong regulatory, compliance or entity-management background is non negotiable. We will not speak to anyone without serious regulatory experience.
