Corporate Trainer, EMEA

We have an exciting opportunity for a technically adept, customer-oriented Corporate Trainer in our EMEA organization. In this role your focus will be on developing EYKONs training offering, especially focusing on software trainings portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:

\- Developing & implementing EYKONs training strategy

\- Continuously reviewing the performance of our training offering, including tools, format and platform used. You will also identify areas of improvement and initiate changes where needed.

\- Regularly evaluate and adapt training offerings to meet evolving customer and market needs.

\- Applying best practice to develop a focused and concise application/software training portfolio and secure a modern and attractive knowledge transfer to our customers, partners and employees.

\- Delivering applications/software and device training in local language for EN, FI, and possibly Swedish.

\- Working closely with other EMEA functions, such as Customer Support, Customer Projects, Product Management, Sales & Training Team to develop trainings matching customer expectations and specificities

\- Getting to know the customers and software product portfolio in practical terms by assisting in some technical support topics

What you bring with you:

You have experience as a technical trainer and a passion for helping customers and colleagues build their knowledge and skills. Ideally, you have worked with B2B software, applications, or technical products and understand how to deliver engaging learning experiences.

You are familiar with modern training methods, including classroom training, virtual instructor-led training, e-learning, webinars, and other digital learning solutions. Experience in developing training concepts, programs, or strategies is considered an advantage.

You enjoy working in an international environment and collaborating with colleagues, customers, and partners across different cultures and functions. You are customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently while driving improvements and new ideas.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

\- Experience delivering technical or software-related training

\- Strong presentation and communication skills

\- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

\- A collaborative and customer-oriented mindset

\- A proactive, self-driven, and hands-on approach

\- Experience working in international or matrix organizations

The following would be considered an advantage:

\- Additional European language skills, especially Finnish or Swedish

\- Knowledge of SaaS, IoT, cybersecurity, or other software-related technologies

\- Understanding of communication technologies such as LTE, G3 Powerline, and Ethernet

\- Background in electrical engineering, measurement technologies, or related technical fields
