1\. Head Cook / Kitchen Supervisor (1 Position) Spice Central is looking for an experienced and motivated Head Cook to join our team in Helsinki. Main responsibilities: Managing daily kitchen operations Planning and organizing food production Monitoring stock levels, ordering ingredients, and inventory control Ensuring food quality, consistency, and efficient kitchen workflow Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness Ensuring compliance with Finnish food safety regulations and HACCP principles Training and supervising kitchen staff Required skills and experience: Strong experience in kitchen management and food production Experience with inventory control and ingredient management Good understanding of hygiene and food safety requirements Proven experience in preparing Bengali, South Asian, and Southeast Asian cuisine Excellent knowledge of traditional biryani preparation and rice dishes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 2\. Specialty Cooks – Sweets & Street Food (2 Positions) Spice Central is also looking for two experienced cooks specializing in traditional sweets and street food from Bangladesh, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. Main responsibilities: Preparing traditional desserts and sweets Preparing street food and snack items Maintaining product quality and authentic flavors Following hygiene and food safety standards Required skills and experience: Extensive experience in Bengali, South Asian, and Southeast Asian sweets Experience with traditional street foods such as fuchka, chotpoti, samosa, momo, rolls, paratha, and similar items Knowledge of traditional dessert preparation Ability to work independently and as part of a team contact -info@spicecentral.fi
