What you'll do

We are strengthening our finance team and are looking for a Controller to take on a key operational role within an international group of companies. You will become part of a small, highly competent team where everyone contributes across tasks and processes. This position combines controlling, invoicing, order backlog monitoring, and project financial management, while working closely with both operational and project teams. You will have independent responsibility for your own group companies while actively contributing to the day-to-day operations and development of the finance function. Key Responsibilities Project and Financial Controlling - Manage invoicing and follow up on customers and accounts receivable - Monitor projects, contracts, purchase orders, and order backlog - Controlling of accounts, prepare basis for CapEX, accrual/deferral, month-end, and more. - Prepare reports, analysies, and forecasts - Analyse project margins, profitability, and resource utilization - Support Project Managers and Delivery Managers with financial insights and project follow-up - Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes - Act as the main point of contact for external accounting providers - Support audits and year-end closing activities Systems and Processes - Serve as a super user and administrator for the company's project management and time registration systems - Drive continuous improvement of reporting, financial processes, and internal controls - Ensure high-quality financial documentation and effective routines Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who combines strong financial acumen with analytical skills and an interest in project management.
