Fincoil LU-VE, Nordic

Would you like to combine business analysis, an understanding of manufacturing operations, and supporting management decision-making? You will also develop and monitor KPIs, prepare management reports and dashboards, and provide financial support to manufacturing and business operations.

In addition, you will be responsible for cost accounting and product cost monitoring, evaluating investment and development projects, and collaborating with internal and external auditors. The role includes regular travel to a production site in Sweden and occasional travel to Italy.

In this role, you will identify the drivers behind business performance and provide management with insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

What We Offer

You will have the opportunity to contribute to business development and further strengthen your expertise as part of a stable and globally operating organization.

We offer a flexible hybrid working model, with an expectation of working from the office on average three days per week.

Who Will Succeed in This Role?

We are looking for someone who is analytical, collaborative, and approachable. You know how to ask the right questions, identify the root causes behind variances, and communicate your findings clearly to different stakeholders. You enjoy working in an environment where data, business, and manufacturing come together.
