: The Contracts Administrator / Quantity Surveyor – CSA will support the commercial and contractual administration of Civil, Structural and Architectural works across major pharmaceutical and data centre projects in Denmark. The role will assist with contract administration, variations management, payment processes, cost tracking, and contractor coordination to ensure effective commercial control and contractual compliance throughout project delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and CSA contractors to maintain accurate records, support valuations and reporting, and help manage commercial risks across CSA packages. : Contract Administration - Support the administration of CSA contracts and subcontract packages throughout the project lifecycle. - Maintain accurate contract records, correspondence, notices, instructions, and commercial documentation. - Assist with ensuring contractual compliance and adherence to project procedures. - Monitor key contractual dates, deliverables, and obligations. Variations & Change Management - Assist in managing variations and change events relating to CSA works. - Maintain variation registers and supporting documentation. - Track instructions, quotations, approvals, and implementation status. - Support the assessment and valuation of variations in line with contract requirements. Payment Applications & Commercial Support - Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of monthly payment applications and contractor valuations. - Verify progress and supporting information provided by CSA contractors. - Support cost reporting, accruals, forecasting, and final account administration. - Maintain records of approved payments, variations, and commercial commitments. Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise regularly with CSA contractors, consultants, and project delivery teams on commercial and contractual matters. - Attend commercial and progress meetings as required. - Support the resolution of day-to-day commercial queries and documentation requirements. - Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders regarding commercial matters. Commercial Reporting & Documentation - Prepare and maintain commercial trackers, logs, registers, and reporting documentation. - Assist with the preparation of cost reports, variation summaries, and commercial updates. - Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and auditable. Risk & Compliance - Assist in identifying commercial risks and support mitigation measures. - Ensure supporting documentation is maintained for contractual entitlement and audit purposes. - Support claims avoidance through proactive administration and record keeping : Essential Experience & Skills - Experience in a Contracts Administration, Commercial Administration, or Quantity Surveying support role within construction or engineering projects. - Exposure to CSA packages and contractor coordination. - Understanding of construction contracts, variations, and payment processes. - Strong organisational and document management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities within live project environments. Desirable - Experience working on large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data centre projects. - Familiarity with NEC and/or JCT contracts. - Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, quantity surveying, or commercial administration.
