Contract Manager – Offshore Wind Duration: Minimum12 months Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support a major offshore wind Transport & Installation (T&I) contract. The successful candidate will provide contractual management and commercial support throughout the pre-execution and project delivery phases, ensuring that contractual obligations, rights and requirements are effectively managed. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced contract professional with a strong background in FIDIC-based contracts, ideally with specific experience in T&I contracts within the offshore wind, marine or energy sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer the project contract in accordance with the applicable contractual terms and conditions.
  • Provide contractual advice and guidance to project and commercial teams.
  • Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, notices and key milestones.
  • Manage contractual correspondence, variations, claims and change.
  • Identify, assess and manage contractual risks and potential areas of exposure.
  • Ensure contractual rights and obligations are clearly understood and appropriately actioned.
  • Work closely with project, commercial, procurement and operational teams to support successful contract delivery.
  • Maintain accurate contractual records and documentation.
  • Support the resolution of contractual issues and disputes where required.
  • Contribute to commercial and contractual reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar contractual/commercial role.
  • Strong experience working with FIDIC-based contracts.
  • Previous experience with Transport & Installation (T&I) contracts is highly desirable.
  • Experience within the offshore wind, offshore construction, marine or wider energy sectors would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of contractual risk, claims, variations and change management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with internal project teams, clients and contractors.
  • A proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused approach.
