What you'll do

Initial 6-month assignment with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position About Us Flowlife is a Swedish recovery-tech brand on a mission to change how people think about recovery. Not as downtime, but as what keeps an active life going. We design tools for people who want more from life, not a body that limits it: red light therapy, massage guns, compression, lymphatic drainage, and nerve stimulation. Scandinavian design on the outside. Science on the inside. Our Culture We’re a small team with a high bar. We move fast and own our work. We help each other grow, and we never settle. See something that can be done better? Say it. We hire for ambition as much as skill, because we’re here to define a category, not maintain one. Our strongest belief: when our people grow, Flowlife grows. About the Role We’re looking for a Content & Production Manager to cover our Creative Brand Manager’s parental leave. You own our full content system, making sure every channel and team has what it needs, when it needs it. You bring structure to how content is planned, produced, adapted, and stored. You make sure campaigns, site, paid, and CRM always have what they need. You have a strong eye for premium aesthetics; you build systems that scale, and AI is a natural part of how you work. You bring your own ideas and push things forward. That’s exactly the kind of energy we want. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and be part of a team that moves fast, owns their work, and helps each other grow. Start date: No later than 15 February 2027 Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of permanent employment Key Responsibilities Own the Content Plan: maintain the production calendar and ensure every campaign, launch and activation has the right content, in the right format, on time, across Marketing, E-commerce, B2B and in-store. Own Productions: plan and run productions from brief to delivery, in-house or with agency. Logistics, post-production, briefing, suppliers. Campaign Direction: contribute to campaign concepts and translate briefs into visual direction. Build moodboards, develop content angles and give clear creative feedback to freelancers and agencies. Produce and Adapt: create and adapt content yourself — design, edit and repurpose material across formats and touchpoints. You are as comfortable doing it yourself as briefing someone else to do it. CRM, site, paid, social, in-store, OOH. Asset Structure: ensure all material is archived, tagged, and structured for scalable reuse and AI workflows. To Succeed in This Role, We Believe

  • You have 3+ years in content, production, or brand, ideally e-commerce or D2C
  • You have experience across both in-house and larger external productions
  • You know what works across channels (social, site, paid and CRM) and how content must differ between them
  • You are structured and process-driven: assets are organised, archived, and easy to find
  • You adapt content as a matter of course: one asset, every surface
  • You are comfortable working in Claude and other AI tools. This is a core requirement
  • You have basic graphic design and video editing skills (Figma, CapCut, Premiere, Adobe, or similar) and are comfortable producing material yourself, not just briefing others

Bonus Experience

  • Experience writing copy for campaigns, products, or brand communications
  • Background in an international DTC or consumer brand
