Content & Community Manager

Join NAKED Copenhagen as our Content & Community Manager Do you have an eye for content, a feel for sneaker culture and a talent for bringing people together? We’re looking for an experienced Content & Community Manager to bring NAKED Copenhagen’s voice to life across social channels, creator collaborations and community experiences. If you enjoy turning ideas into content and connections into lasting relationships, we’d love to hear from you. About the role You’ll join our Marketing & Creative team, reporting to our Marketing Manager, Jenni and working closely with our Creative Lead, Creative Producer and colleagues across the business. Your focus will be turning our marketing calendar, brand priorities and product launches into engaging content and community activities. From pitching ideas and creating content to publishing, coordinating collaborations and bringing events to life, you’ll take responsibility for making things happen. What you’ll do Content & social channels

• Manage our organic social channels, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop content ideas with our Creative Lead and turn them into clear briefs and engaging social content.
• Create content around campaigns, shoots, events and everyday brand moments.
• Plan, schedule and publish content, ensuring captions, visuals and tone of voice feel consistently NAKED Copenhagen.
• Keep up with platform developments and cultural trends, bringing relevant opportunities to the team.

Community, creators & events

• Nurture and grow our community through active dialogue, authentic relationships and relevant collaborations.
• Build relationships with creators and influencers and manage product seeding and user-generated content collaborations.
• Plan and coordinate community events with internal teams and partners, including content before, during and after each activation.
• Take ownership of and develop NAKED Copenhagen Active Club.
• Share community feedback and content learnings to help improve what we do.

Who you are You bring solid experience in content, social media and community marketing, along with examples of work you’ve helped bring to life. We imagine that you:

• Have a strong understanding of sneaker culture, fashion and the communities around them.
• Are confident creating and editing social content, particularly short-form video.
• Write engaging English copy and know how to adapt content to different platforms.
• Have experience working with creators, collaborations and events.
• Are organized, proactive and comfortable managing several projects and deadlines.
• Enjoy collaborating and take responsibility for following things through.

Experience within sneakers, fashion, streetwear or lifestyle is a plus. What we offer
