As a People & Change Consultant, you will support clients transforming their HR functions and enhance their ability to digitalize and future-proof their ways of working. This is an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver projects, develop our offerings and tackle our customers most difficult challenges in the role as a Project Manager. Our clients are undergoing strategic changes, cost optimizations, automation initiatives and new technology requiring both new operating models, skills and competences. You will have the ability to grow quickly and participate in various projects within the fields of:

• Workforce Transformation – Help organizations redesign their workforce through workforce planning and analytics, organizational design, AI-enabled workforce strategies, talent management and employee experience initiatives.
• HR – Support the development and transformation of HR functions, including HR strategy and operating models, digital HR technologies (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow), payroll, and workforce management processes.
• Change Management – Drive successful transformation by helping people adopt new ways of working through change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and transition support.
• Learning – Design and implement learning strategies, capability-building programs, leadership development initiatives, digital learning solutions, and training academies that enable organizational growth and performance.

• Background as a Management Consultant
• Experience in an operational HR role is an advantage
• Business-oriented and like to network and build trustful relationships with our clients and internally with your colleagues
• Communicative, able to deliver complex information and adapts messages to target audiences
• Structured and organized, plans and prioritizes work to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality
• Empathic and active listening, understands change impact on people and adapts approach accordingly
• Experience of working with HR technology such as SuccessFactors, Workday and analytics is a plus

We require the following skills and experience:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree with degree in business, HR and/or similar
• At least five years’ relevant work experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English
