What you'll do

Turn complex business needs into smart Workforce Management solutions At Worklinq (formerly known as Promark) we help leading organisations across the Nordics and the UK optimise how they plan, manage and engage their workforce. We are looking for a hands-on Consultant who combines business understanding, technical curiosity and strong customer-facing skills. You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges, design practical solutions and configure our Workforce Management platform to deliver real business value. Your responsibilities

  • Lead customer workshops and translate business requirements into effective solutions.
  • Configure and implement the Worklinq platform to support complex customer needs.
  • Advise customers on Workforce Management processes and best practices.
  • Support existing customers with optimisation, modernisation and continuous improvements.
  • Deliver training and collaborate with colleagues across Professional Services, Product and Support.
  • Contribute to improving our implementation methods and ways of working.

What we are looking for

  • Experience implementing or configuring enterprise software, ideally within Workforce Management, HR, Payroll or ERP.
  • A combination of consulting skills, technical understanding, and business insight, enabling you to create value for customers while building long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Confidence in facilitating workshops and communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • A structured, independent and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Take real ownership of your projects and influence how we deliver value to customers.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian).

Experience with Workforce Management is an advantage, but not essential. We value your ability to learn, solve problems and build strong customer relationships. Why Worklinq?

  • Work with major international customers and complex, business-critical solutions.
  • Develop specialist expertise in Workforce Management within an experienced, collaborative team.
  • Enjoy flexible working conditions, professional development and competitive benefits.
