We work closely with senior executives across the Nordics on procurement strategy, transformation and value creation. You will get trained in the consulting toolbox and standards we believe are needed to deliver at the highest level, but you will also get responsibility early and be expected to use it. CONSULTANT + SENIOR CONSULTANT ROLES We are looking for both entry-level consultants and experienced consultants ready to take on a more senior role. Your level of responsibility will depend on your experience, but from day one you will be expected to contribute, take ownership and work closely with both clients and partners. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work on procurement strategy, transformation and value creation projects
• Build sharp analyses, recommendations and client-ready materials
• Work directly with clients and experienced Norse partners
• Take ownership of your own analyses, workstreams and deliverables
• Help shape how Norse works, including our methodologies, offerings and internal ways of working

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• For entry-level roles, a strong academic background and a clear interest in consulting, procurement, strategy or transformation
• For Senior Consultant roles, relevant experience from consulting, procurement, strategy, transformation, finance or a similar environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and dependable working style
• The ability to turn complex problems into clear conclusions and recommendations
• Motivation to learn fast, take responsibility and contribute beyond your own tasks
• An entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in helping build Norse
