The candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to support core pension platform initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for core Pension platform initiatives.
• Drive workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Perform impact analysis for pension product, regulatory, and PAL Tax-related changes.
• Support business processes related to:

• Pension Events
• Claims
• Benefits
• Taxation
• Collaborate with Business Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to process improvements, production support, and continuous business value realization.
