Consultant Agentic Commerce Advisory & Growth to our team in Stockholm

AI agents are starting to reshape how customers discover, compare and buy. We help commerce leaders cut through the hype, make clear decisions and turn the right opportunities into commercial impact. We're looking for a client-facing commerce consultant with a strong advisory foundation, commercial curiosity and a hands-on mindset. Working alongside senior advisors in our established commerce consulting practice, you'll analyse client challenges, contribute to strategic discussions, identify advisory opportunities and test how emerging technology can create real business value. What you'll do

• Own defined advisory workstreams, from client research and stakeholder interviews to recommendations and client-ready presentations, delivering high-quality work that builds client trust.
• Analyse customer journeys, commerce capabilities and operating models, and develop evidence for business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Prototype and evaluate agentic commerce use cases using AI agents, low-code tools and automation. Test business hypotheses, assess feasibility and turn experiments into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with commerce and technology specialists to assess dependencies, inform delivery decisions and ensure recommendations are practical.
• Identify advisory opportunities through client work and market insights. Help shape propositions, develop compelling proposals and support follow-on advisory and transformation opportunities.

What you bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital commerce experience, including at least 2 years in a client-facing consulting or advisory role at a consultancy and/or agency.
• Strong analytical and advisory skills: you can structure ambiguous questions, work with data and turn findings into clear, compelling recommendations and presentations for clients.
• Understanding of commerce technology and its links to the broader martech ecosystem, including content, marketing automation, CRM, customer data and personalisation, and curiosity about how AI agents may reshape the customer journey.
• You've built or prototyped something using AI tools, ideally for a commerce use case, at work or independently. You can explain what you tried, what worked and what you learned. You don't need to be a developer. Tell us about it in your application.
• A consulting mindset and commercial curiosity: you enjoy understanding client needs, identifying advisory opportunities and contributing to proposals that create client value and grow our services business.
• Fluent English. Dutch or a Nordic language is a strong plus.
