Construction Manager

Linnk Engineering is recruiting for a skilled Construction Manager to support a major commercial building project in Denmark. This position requires a hands-on construction professional with a strong track record of managing site operations, coordinating multiple contractors and maintaining control over project delivery. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring construction activities progress efficiently, technical challenges are addressed and key milestones are achieved. You will be expected to operate independently, take responsibility for day-to-day delivery and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring construction activities remain aligned with the project programme.
• Work alongside engineering, design and project management teams to resolve technical queries and maintain construction progress.
• Monitor contractor performance, workmanship and compliance with agreed quality and safety standards.
• Support early-stage project activities, including site preparation, mobilisation and coordination of enabling and infrastructure works.
• Track construction schedules, identify potential delays and implement corrective measures to maintain delivery milestones.
• Act as a key point of contact for contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience within construction management, site management or project delivery.
• Previous experience managing construction works involving multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site operations and quality control.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, coordinate stakeholders and resolve operational challenges.

Advantageous Experience

• Experience working on commercial, corporate or office building developments.
• Familiarity with Danish construction standards, building regulations and approval processes.
• Exposure to early-stage construction activities, utilities coordination or complex enabling works.
