Construction Engineer

Construction Engineer Location: Denmark Contract: Project-based Duration: Expected through approximately March Employer: SSO Personnel SSO Personnel are currently recruiting Construction Engineers for a major international project in Denmark, working on behalf of a leading Irish Mechanical Services Contractor. We are looking for experienced construction/project engineers who can join the project team and support the successful delivery of construction activities through to approximately March. The Role As a Construction Engineer, you will work closely with the site management and construction teams to coordinate and support the delivery of project works. Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of construction activities.
• Work closely with Construction Managers, Supervisors and Project Engineers.
• Monitor site progress against project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams.
• Assist with technical and construction issues.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate project and progress records.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project requirements, quality standards and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction engineering, project engineering or a similar role.
• Strong construction/project background.
• Experience working on large-scale industrial, mechanical or engineering projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy site environment.
• Candidates must be willing to work internationally in Denmark.
• Night-shift availability would be an advantage.
