What you'll do

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Consolidation and IFRS Specialist on behalf of one of our partner companies. You see finance as both a decision and control function, combining accuracy with the curiosity to turn numbers into action. The partner is strengthening its capability in group consolidation and technical accounting for multi-entity organisations. You will take responsibility for work that connects IFRS, consolidation and eliminations, while ensuring that acquisitions and reporting packages receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate. Finance values dependable reporting, strong controls and constructive partnership. Success means better decisions, fewer surprises and trusted information. How you will work You will collaborate across entity finance, shared services and business teams while owning defined parts of the financial cycle. The partner expects issues to be investigated to root cause, conclusions to be documented and improvements to remain workable at the next close. This role calls for subject-matter depth and practical ownership. You will be expected to recognise when a decision needs wider expertise, make trade-offs visible and move work forward without creating unnecessary process. What you will do - Own the practical direction for group consolidation and technical accounting for multi-entity organisations. - Translate goals and constraints into a clear approach for IFRS and consolidation. - Establish useful standards, routines or artefacts around eliminations. - Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies affecting acquisitions. - Use evidence and measurable outcomes to improve reporting packages. - Strengthen knowledge sharing, decision quality and sustainable ownership across the team. What you will bring - Relevant experience delivering group consolidation and technical accounting for multi-entity organisations in a demanding environment. - Strong working knowledge of IFRS and consolidation. - Practical experience applying eliminations and acquisitions. - Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving reporting packages. - Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership. - Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information. Experience that would add value - Experience from international groups, advisory or listed businesses. - Exposure to audit in a cross-functional environment. - Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations. A background that can succeed here Your background may be group finance, operations, audit, advisory or a growing business. Show the controls and decisions you owned and the outcome. Direct experience of group consolidation and technical accounting for multi-entity organisations is valuable, while adjacent experience counts when it shows transferable judgement. What makes the opportunity interesting The role combines professional depth with meaningful business questions and room to improve the processes behind the numbers. The focus on group consolidation and technical accounting for multi-entity organisations gives the role a clear mission and room to influence priorities and measures of success. The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the opportunity before asking you to make a decision. The recruitment conversation Nordic Investin will focus on decisions you have made: the context, alternatives, result and what you would change today. You will also have room to test whether the role and partner environment are right for you. How to apply Apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note about a relevant financial process, decision or transformation you improved. Nordic Investin welcomes different routes into the profession and assesses evidence, judgement and potential alongside titles.
