Join Personal Customers Compliance and help the business navigate regulatory requirements, manage compliance and conduct risks, and deliver fair customer outcomes. What you will be doing As a Compliance Officer, you will join an experienced and supportive team providing independent second-line advice, oversight and constructive challenge to the Personal Customers and Private Banking business across the Nordics. Working with colleagues in Compliance and stakeholders across the organisation, you will support effective management of regulatory compliance risks across products, processes and customer journeys.

  • Provide risk-based advice and constructive challenge on customer protection, conduct and other regulatory compliance matters.
  • Identify and assess compliance risks, including emerging risks arising from regulatory developments, products, processes and customer journeys.
  • Plan and conduct monitoring and sample-testing activities, document findings clearly and follow up on agreed mitigating actions.
  • Assess regulatory developments and help translate complex requirements into clear, practical guidance for the business.
  • Review products, processes, customer communications and governance proposals from a compliance and treating customers fairly customer perspective.
  • Analyse complaints and other relevant data to identify trends, root causes and potential compliance risks.
  • Prepare clear reporting and decision material for management and relevant governance forums.

- Collaborate across the Nordic organisation and contribute to shared methods, knowledge and regulatory priorities. About you

  • A university degree in law, business, economics or another relevant field.
  • Up to three years of relevant experience from compliance, risk, legal, banking, consulting or a regulatory authority; relevant internships or graduate experience may also be considered.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgement and an interest in financial regulation and customer protection.
  • The ability to communicate complex matters clearly and build constructive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A structured, curious and proactive approach, combined with integrity and the confidence to challenge respectfully.

Professional proficiency in English and fluency in Swedish; another Nordic language is an advantage. - Experience with customer protection, conduct risk, product governance, investments, consumer credit, payments, marketing and communication, accessibility, regulatory change or compliance monitoring is an advantage, but you do not need to be an expert in every area. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your ability to connect regulation with practical customer and business outcomes, and your commitment to high professional standards. We welcome applications from candidates who are motivated to build their compliance expertise and contribute to responsible banking and fair outcomes for customers. What we offer you You will join an experienced and supportive Nordic compliance team with strong professional standards and a shared ambition to be a visible, trusted and value-adding partner to the business. You will gain exposure to a broad range of regulatory topics, work with colleagues and stakeholders across countries, and have opportunities to develop your expertise through meaningful, customer-focused assignments. We offer a hybrid working model with three to four days per week in the office to support collaboration, learning and team culture. Are you ready for the next step?
