Compliance Manager

Continia develops add-on solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Our solutions for accounts payable automation, e-documents, expense management and bank integration help more than 20,000 customers worldwide automate everyday finance processes, delivered through a global network of more than 1,800 reselling partners. At Continia, we are looking for a Compliance Manager who can structure and manage our compliance obligations from both internal policies and legislation. The role is part of our Legal & Compliance team, where you will contribute to ensuring that Continia complies with its obligations and has an appropriate governance structure for it. Why now? Continia has been scaling a lot over the last years both in terms of customers, revenue and employees and is now ready to take a more formalized approach to compliance. You will be in the front of that change. About the role As Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and international standards. You will be responsible for developing and structuring a compliance program that aligns with industry best practices and supports our business objectives. Continia is ISO27001 certified and we have an ISAE3402 assurance report. You will be responsible for maintaining the certification and assurance report, but not for carrying out all the controls etc. under the frameworks. This is not an IT Security or data protection expert role. You will have colleagues who are that. You will work closely with our IT Security employees and your colleagues in Legal & Compliance. You report to Brian Jürs, Head of Legal & Compliance. You will know you are succeeding when the day-to-day compliance runs smoothly and when your colleagues know what is expected of them and when. What you will be doing

• Develop, implement, and maintain Continia’s information security and compliance program.
• Operate our ISO27001 and ISAE3402 frameworks, so we can maintain our certification and assurance report, including following up on completion of allocated tasks.
• Develop and maintain an annual wheel for compliance with obligations from both internal policies and legislation.
• Create awareness about and train the organization in relevant compliance obligations.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure that compliance processes are adjusted in accordance with changes in policies, legislation etc.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across departments to ensure company-wide compliance.

Who are you? We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and passion for compliance. You thrive with building up compliance structures, following up on obligations and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We imagine you, have:

• Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge about operation of the ISO 27001 framework and maybe also the ISAE34002 framework.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international IT company.
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English, written and spoken. Danish is a plus.
