Compliance Lead

Compliance Lead for Aarhus Software Scale-up Help us make compliance a business advantage as Princh continues to grow internationally. Trust matters. Our customers and partners rely on us to handle information securely, protect personal data and meet increasingly complex regulatory and contractual requirements. We’re looking for a Compliance Lead to take ownership of this area across Princh. This is a role with real responsibility and a broad scope. You’ll work with everything from ISO 27001 and GDPR to information security, tenders and partnership agreements. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the company as well as customers, partners and external auditors. You don't need to have been a Compliance Lead before. We're looking for someone who has built a solid foundation within compliance, privacy, information security or a related area — and is hungry to take the next step and make the area their own. About Princh Princh provides cloud-based printing and payment solutions that make it easy for people to print and pay in public spaces. Our solution is used by libraries, universities, hotels, living spaces etc. around the world, and we're continuing to grow. Trust, security and compliance are fundamental to what we do. Princh was the first company in our industry to achieve ISO 27001:2022 certification and maintaining high standards as we grow is important. What you'll be responsible for You'll own and continuously develop Princh's compliance and information security activities. Your main areas of responsibility will include:

• Compliance & governance – keeping our policies, processes, controls and documentation effective, practical and up to date.
• ISO & information security – maintaining our ISO 27001:2022 certification, coordinating audits, managing risks and controls, and continuously improving our information security management.
• GDPR & privacy – supporting GDPR compliance across the business, including data processing agreements, privacy documentation, assessments and guidance to colleagues.
• Tenders – coordinating Princh's responses to tenders, particularly requirements related to compliance, privacy, security and contractual matters, and working with colleagues to gather the necessary documentation.
• Partnership agreements – supporting the drafting, review and negotiation of agreements with partners and helping ensure that contractual requirements are clear, appropriate and manageable for Princh.

You'll also keep an eye on relevant regulatory developments and help us understand what they mean in practice. This isn't a role where you'll spend your days writing policies in isolation. You'll work closely with our commercial and technical teams and regularly communicate with customers, partners, auditors and other external stakeholders. When specialist legal expertise is required, you'll help coordinate with external advisors rather than being expected to know everything yourself. Who we're looking for You probably have 2–5 years of experience working with compliance, GDPR, information security, ISO or similar areas. You don't need to have owned all of these areas before. What's more important is that you're ready to. We're looking for someone who:

• Has practical experience with compliance, GDPR, ISO 27001, information security or related areas.
• Can turn standards, regulations and contractual requirements into practical processes that work in a real business.
• Is structured and comfortable taking responsibility for an area with many different stakeholders and priorities.
• Can communicate confidently with technical colleagues, commercial teams, management, customers, partners and auditors.
• Enjoys digging into complex requirements and figuring out what actually needs to be done.
• Is comfortable challenging existing ways of working when there is a better approach.
• Takes initiative and follows things through rather than waiting for someone else to provide the answer.
• Wants to learn, develop and take on more responsibility as Princh grows.

Speaking/writing one or more Scandinavian languages is a solid advantage. This is not a remote or hybrid role. Why Princh?
