We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Partner to shape and drive Reward strategy, governance and compensation practices across Nobia Group, ensuring a fair, competitive and transparent approach to rewarding our people. Reward is a strategic enabler that enable us to attract and retain the right people, recognise contribution and make consistent, data-driven and well-informed decisions. You will report directly to the EVP, Chief People & Culture Officer of Nobia and work closely with colleagues across Nobia, local People & Culture teams and external partners. What You’ll Be Doing At Nobia, we are developing our Compensation & Reward framework across countries and brands. As Compensation & Benefits Partner, you will own and drive key Reward initiatives, including compensation structures, benefits, job architecture, incentive programmes, market benchmarking, analytics and Reward governance. A unique aspect of this role is direct involvement in Remuneration Committee and Board-level Reward matters. You will prepare analyses and recommendations that inform executive compensation decisions and gain exposure to senior leadership and governance processes in a listed company.
