Commissioning Manager / MEP Lead – Data Centres Location: Narvik or Glomfjord, Norway Contract: 12 months (Likely Extension) The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager or Senior MEP professional to support the delivery of major data centre projects in northern Norway. The role will focus on overseeing MEP commissioning, coordinating contractors and ensuring critical systems are tested, integrated and ready for operational handover. Key Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities across mechanical, electrical and building services systems.
• Coordinate MEP contractors, commissioning teams and project stakeholders.
• Oversee functional testing, system integration, IST and technical handover.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues and manage commissioning risks.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance with project requirements.

Requirements

• Strong experience in commissioning management or senior MEP project delivery.
• Previous data centre, hyperscale or mission-critical project experience preferred.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, commissioning methodologies and IST.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and deliver against project deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site in northern Norway.

Contract: 12 months, with start date, hourly rate, rotation and accommodation arrangements to be agreed.
