Commercial Partnerships Consultant

We are now looking for a Senior Commercial Partnerships Consultant to join our client's growing team and help shape the structures, processes and tools needed to scale its Partnerships and Spenn business. This is a commercial Business Development and Partnerships role, rather than a traditional project management position. You will be part of a team of five and play an important role in developing how partnerships are structured, evaluated, presented and taken forward across the organization. As Senior Commercial Partnerships Consultant, you will help build the foundation for a scalable and effective Partnerships and Spenn operation. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization and take responsibility for turning opportunities into structured, commercially sound initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Business cases & modelling: Develop business cases, calculations and commercial models for potential Partnerships and Spenn collaborations.
• Governance & structure: Establish clear structures for how partnerships and Spenn collaborations are governed, followed up and developed over time.
• Process development: Define and implement efficient ways of working between the Partnerships function and other parts of the organization.
• Commercial materials: Create professional partner pitch decks, presentations and other commercial materials that clearly communicate the value proposition.
• Retail Media: Potentially work together with an external agency to structure a Retail Media strategy and explore new potential revenue opportunities for the business.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• You have several years of relevant experience within areas such as Partnerships, Business Development, Commercial Development, Management Consulting, Commercial strategy or a similar field.
• Experience of building business cases, commercial models, processes and structures, and you are comfortable taking ownership of an area and driving it from an initial idea through to implementation.
• English is required. Swedish is not a requirement but is considered an advantage as the role involves frequent dialogue with colleagues across the organization.
• You are commercially minded and understand how successful partnerships can create value for all parties. You are also comfortable communicating your ideas clearly and have experience creating professional presentations, pitch decks and other commercial material.
