What you'll do

Help build a medtech company's commercial engine – from the ground up At Cebreo Medical we have spent more than 15 years turning ear-EEG research into NeuroBuds™: a small, discreet, CE-marked EEG device that records brain activity for weeks at home rather than for a single night in a lab. We are now taking it to market in sleep and epilepsy, both in clinical trials with pharma, biotech and CROs and in clinical use. Our commercial team is small, and the foundation is still being built. We are looking for a young talent who wants to roll up their sleeves and help build it, working side by side with our CCO. What you will do This is a hands-on role. Your days will be about getting things done and moving things forward in the market, not about internal processes.

  • Find and prepare customers: research which biotechs and CROs are running relevant studies and who makes the decisions, and build target lists our sales team can act on
  • Equip sales: turn our value propositions into sharp customer materials, proposals and tender responses for epilepsy, sleep and pharma/biotech
  • Keep the engine running: CRM discipline, pipeline follow-up and a simple monthly KPI and forecast rhythm
  • Know the market: track competitors, key opinion leaders and market developments, and turn them into concrete actions
  • Support market access: help the CCO with evidence and value materials and payer analyses
  • Make our voice heard: LinkedIn, website updates and congress activities
  • Drive initiatives across teams: work with Clinical Operations, Data Science, Scientific Affairs and R&D to get things delivered

As we grow, the role grows with you. You will have the chance to take ownership of a commercial area where your interests and our needs meet. Who you are

  • A doer. You prefer delivering to planning, finish what you start and are happy to take the next step without waiting to be asked
  • Curious about AI. You already use AI tools to work faster and smarter in research, analysis and content, and you are curious about how AI can help a lean team punch above its weight
  • Structured and analytical, with high-quality output and an eye for what really matters
  • Brings energy to a team, has a low ego and is good at bringing people together across functions
  • M.Sc. in business, economics, engineering, life science or similar
  • 1–4 years of experience from commercial, strategy or consulting roles; medtech or life science is a plus
  • Fluent English; Danish is an advantage

What we offer

  • A rare chance to help build a commercial organisation from scratch, with real responsibility from day one
  • An informal start-up culture – in a solid setting, backed by strong ownership and good working conditions
  • Close collaboration with and sparring from an experienced CCO
  • Technology with a unique story, strong science and a big market potential
  • Competitive salary and pension

Start and application

  • Start: As soon as possible
  • How to apply: Apply with your CV via LinkedIn – no cover letter needed, just answer the short screening questions. Shortlisted candidates will get a short practical task (max. 1 hour) before the first interview. We review applications continuously and may close the posting early, so don't wait.
