🚀 WE’RE HIRING | COMMERCIAL MANAGER – DATA CENTRE | SWEDEN 🇸🇪 Are you a commercially driven leader ready to take ownership of a flagship data centre project in Sweden? We're seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on a major data centre project with one of Europe's leading engineering contractors. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in project delivery, drive commercial performance, manage contractual risk and lead a high-performing commercial team on a technically complex, large-scale project. 🏗️ THE OPPORTUNITY You'll take ownership of the commercial function from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with senior leadership, project delivery teams and key client stakeholders to maximise value, protect commercial interests and drive project success. Key responsibilities include: ▪️ Leading the overall commercial strategy and project financial performance ▪️ Managing profitability, cash flow, forecasting and commercial reporting ▪️ Overseeing contract management, risk mitigation, variations and claims ▪️ Leading client and subcontractor negotiations ▪️ Managing and developing the project commercial team ▪️ Driving commercial governance, best practice and continuous improvement ▪️ Supporting successful delivery through strong collaboration with engineering, operations and project leadership 🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ✔️ Extensive experience in a Commercial Manager or senior commercial leadership role ✔️ A strong background in construction, MEP, engineering or data centre projects ✔️ Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects ✔️ Strong contractual, financial and commercial risk management expertise ✔️ Demonstrable experience leading and developing commercial teams ✔️ Excellent negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills ✔️ Willingness to work on-site in Sweden 🌍 WHY JOIN?
