Commercial Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre Location: Sweden 🇸🇪 Salary: €175,000 + Bonus + Benefits Project: €1 Billion Hyperscale Data Centre Campus Employer: Leading General Contractor Rotation: Flexible - 10/4, 3/1 or To Be Negotiated The Opportunity We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a leading General Contractor delivering a landmark €1 billion hyperscale data centre campus in Sweden. This is an exceptional opportunity to take a senior commercial role on one of Europe's major mission-critical construction projects, working with an established contractor at the forefront of the rapidly expanding data centre sector. Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management activities across major construction packages on the hyperscale campus.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Oversee project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Manage variations, change control, claims and contractual risk.
• Work closely with the Project Director, construction teams and senior commercial leadership.
• Drive commercial performance, protecting project margins and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure robust commercial governance and contractual compliance throughout project delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor on major construction projects.
• Ideally, previous experience delivering hyperscale data centres or other mission-critical facilities.
• Strong background working for a General Contractor or major construction contractor.
• Excellent knowledge of subcontractor management, procurement, cost control and contract administration.
• Experience managing large-scale MEP and/or CSA construction packages.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international project environment.
