Commercial Excellence and Pricing Manager (temporary 12 months)

Are you an experienced commercial excellence professional with a strong pricing background, ready to make an impact across a global organization? Join Teknos and help shape how we work with key accounts and distributors, while strengthening the way we manage pricing and protect margins across our global markets. As Commercial Excellence and Pricing Manager, you will be the global owner of two commercial areas: Commercial Excellence and Pricing & Margin. You will develop and implement global frameworks that support growth and consistent ways of working across regions and business segments. In this role you will help us to establish one common way of working across Teknos within dedicated areas and ensure that commercial and pricing decisions are data-driven, customer-focused and aligned with our growth strategy. The role is a 12-month temporary position. During this year, you will run our Commercial Excellence workstream and build the foundation for Pricing and Margin Excellence. As this is a global role, you can be based at any of Teknos’ European offices, working in a hybrid model with regular days at your local site. Daily tasks and responsibilities:

• Continue the rollout of our global Key Account Management model and implement a consistent way of working with Key Accounts across regions and business segments, supported by practical playbooks for our sales teams and selected global key accounts
• Strengthen and harmonize our distributor and technical service models across regions and business segments
• Identify and drive growth initiatives with clear business cases and measurable results
• Help shape Teknos’ pricing and margin approach together with our business segments, regions and Group Finance
• Develop price list, discount and rebate structures that are clear, fair and applied consistently
• Create margin transparency through KPIs, reporting and insights into where margin is gained and lost
• Support pricing for key accounts, including quote and approval processes and our annual price increases
• Collaborate closely with IT, ERP, CRM and e-commerce teams to ensure the right price reaches every order channe and with regional and business teams to deliver measurable results
• Participate actively in commercial governance, reporting and strategic development projects

Key skills and qualifications:

• Several years of solid experience in pricing or margin management in a B2B, ideally in manufacturing environemnt, combined with commercial expertise
• Experience in commercial excellence or sales effectiveness areas
• A proven track record of leading cross-functional and international projects
• Ability to build frameworks, processes and playbooks that drive business performance
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large data sets, Excel and Power BI. Experience with ERP, CRM and AI systems and tools is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills wthin matrix structures
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving change and delivering measurable results
• Fluent English. Another European language is a plus
