Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in account management, client advisory, or similar roles within communication, digital, or consulting.
• Proven ability to develop and grow client accounts, with a strong commercial mindset.
• Experience leading and delivering communication projects, both independently and as part of a team, on-site and remotely.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow integration, alongside a strong understanding of digital methods and data-driven approaches.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for sharing knowledge and building strong teams.
• Experience working as a consultant is a plus.
