About Mithyos Mithyos is a self-directed leadership platform built around a proprietary seven-step method called MITHYOS. Our mission is simple: give people a method, not a mentor. Two products are currently live: Mithyos Leadership Toolkit, a seven-tool system for working professionals and managers, covering strategic decision-making, risk assessment, goal setting, and reflective practice. Mithyos Ascent, built for early-career professionals, graduates, and job seekers, focused on workplace readiness. We are now building Mithyos's presence in Denmark and the wider Nordic region. The Opportunity We are looking for a co-founder in Denmark to lead three things: getting Mithyos properly established as a company, building the partnerships that grow it, and helping shape the go-to-market approach for the region. This is not an employee or contractor role. It is a genuine founding partnership with meaningful equity ownership. What You Will Own

1. Entity Formation and Management

Lead the setup of Mithyos as a properly registered company in Denmark, working with local advisors on the legal and administrative steps. Once established, help manage the entity's ongoing basic operations.

1. Business Development

Identify where Mithyos can gain early traction in Denmark and the Nordics, and help shape a simple, practical go-to-market approach.

1. Partnerships and Growth

Build relationships with organizations, companies, and communities that can help Mithyos reach professionals, managers, graduates, and emerging leaders, and turn those relationships into real growth. What We Are Looking For

• Experience forming or managing a company, or a strong working understanding of Finnish/Nordic company structures
• Experience in business development or building partnerships that led to real outcomes
• Ability to work independently and move things forward without close supervision
• Strong communication skills in English (Finnish is a plus)

Valuable, but not required

• Background in leadership development, coaching, HR tech, or professional education
• Startup or founder experience
• Fundraising or investor experience

We are not looking for someone who checks every box. We are looking for someone who can get the company properly set up and then build real partnerships and momentum around it. What You Will Receive 40% equity in Mithyos, subject to a standard founder vesting arrangement agreed between both parties. There is no cash salary at the outset. Cash remuneration will be considered once the business is substantially established and generating revenue. This is a part-time role designed to work alongside your existing professional commitments. We are building a method, and we want to build it with someone who values precision and substance over noise. You would not be joining an established regional operation. You would be building it.
