We are assembling the founding leadership for Siellium Global Labs Private Limited, an ambitious deep-tech initiative pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence. Our lab and engineering efforts are directed toward pioneer-level architectures bridging current paradigm gaps to move closer to Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Artificial Superintelligence (ASI). We are seeking a world-class Technical Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO). a rare hybrid of an enterprise AI/ML Architect, a Deep Tech Researcher, and an uncompromising Startup Builder. Note on Role Structure: This is a 100% equity-based Co-Founder position prior to institutional funding. We are looking for a true partner who possesses relentless founder grit, high perseverance, and an authentic passion for foundational AI innovation. Technical Scope & Architectural Domain As CTO, you will own the technical blueprint, algorithmic core, and system architecture end-to-end. You will work on hybrid AI models combining neuro-symbolic reasoning, knowledge representations, and scalable statistical deep learning.

1. AI Architecture & AGI/ASI Research Pathways

Hybrid & Neuro-Symbolic AI: Lead the design and implementation of production-grade Symbolic Engines, integrated with Probabilistic Logic Networks (PLN) and formal reasoning frameworks. Graph & Knowledge Systems: Design, construct, and query massive Knowledge Bases and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) to enable deterministic, explainable, and relational AI reasoning. Deep Learning & Neural Architectures: Architect custom Neural Network topologies (Transformers, Diffusion, Graph-based, and Recurrent models) optimized for multi-modal reasoning and dynamic learning.

1. Algorithmic Engineering & Core Pipelines

Algorithm Development: Research, benchmark, and deploy novel algorithmic solutions for complex reasoning, data ingestion, and multi-agent coordination. Production Pipelines: Build scalable, end-to-end AI/ML production pipelines—spanning dataset curation, data synthesis, model training, evaluation, automated CI/CD, and low-latency inference. System Efficiency & Compute: Optimize training and inference workloads across distributed GPU/TPU clusters, ensuring high throughput, memory efficiency, and fault tolerance.

1. Key Responsibilities & Founder Ownership

Product & Platform Architecture: Personally architect and engineer the foundational MVP, establishing standard-setting enterprise code quality, performance metrics, and security protocols. R&D Leadership: Translate cutting-edge AI lab research (neuro-symbolic integration, PLN, GNNs) into functional, commercial-grade product features. Strategic Roadmap & Vision: Co-define the company's long-term product-market strategy alongside non-technical co-founders. Team Construction: Post-funding, recruit, mentor, and lead an elite team of AI researchers, ML engineers, and system architects.

1. Target Profile & Requirements

Deep Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience developing complex algorithms, Symbolic engines, GNNs, PLN, and production-ready Machine Learning / Deep Learning pipelines. Research & Systems Mindset: Solid understanding of modern AI paradigms and a driving ambition toward AGI/ASI capabilities through novel architectural approaches. Founder Qualities & Grit: Unwavering perseverance, comfort navigating zero-to-one ambiguity, and an ownership mindset capable of building ground-up without immediate corporate infrastructure. Track Record: Previous experience as a Principal AI Architect, Lead AI Researcher, VP of AI Engineering, or Technical Startup Founder.

1. Equity & Compensation Structure

Co-Founder Equity: Significant equity share reflecting true co-founder partnership status (subject to standard founder vesting terms). Future Cash Compensation: Executive-level benchmarked salary and performance incentives immediately upon securing venture/institutional funding.
