Qualifying Experience: General Experience: Proven progressive responsibilities in administrative, professional, technical or other work which has provided a general knowledge of management principles and practices, or progressively responsible experience in one or more of the functions managed by an operations manager. Specialized Experience: In addition to the general experience, applicants must have specialized experience gained working in a government or civilian club, restaurant, or institutional feeding facility. The experience may include responsibility or supervision over at least one phase of club management operations. Proficiency using the Club's Employee Time System (SETS), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, ALOHA, and FoodTrak is highly desirable. Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution in order to qualify. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
