Cloud Solution Architect (v-CSA) – Active Directory, PKI & Hybrid Identity (FTC – Sweden)

We are looking for a senior Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in PKI/Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and Active Directory to support enterprise and highly regulated customers across Sweden and the Nordics. This customer-facing role combines architecture, advisory, migration, troubleshooting, and security-focused delivery across on-premises and hybrid identity environments. Key Responsibilities

• Design, assess, implement, and optimize PKI/AD CS, ADFS, and Active Directory environments.
• Lead customer engagements including assessments, migrations, onboarding accelerators, and technical blocker resolution.
• Provide architecture guidance on identity, authentication, federation, certificate lifecycle management, and hybrid identity solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving certificates, Kerberos, NTLM, DNS, Group Policy, federation, and Active Directory.
• Drive security hardening, operational resilience, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders while contributing to knowledge sharing and best practices.

Required Skills

• Expert-level expertise in at least two of the following: PKI / Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
• Strong knowledge of: Windows Server & Client Security DNS, Group Policy, Kerberos/NTLM Microsoft Entra ID and Hybrid Identity DFS and Networking fundamentals
• Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery for identity services.
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills are highly desirable.

Profile

• Senior consultant/engineer (L4 or above) with customer-facing delivery experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in highly secure or regulated environments (government, defense, financial services, critical infrastructure).
• Swedish citizenship required with eligibility for security clearance.
• Fluent English required; Swedish or Finnish strongly preferred.
• Based in Sweden with flexibility to travel across the Nordics when needed.
